We are proud to announce RentCafé, our new web-based portal to streamline and enhance processes for applicants, participants, and owners. RentCafé offers faster, more efficient, and convenient services, reducing paperwork and processing times.

The new Rent Café Portal provides direct access to Annual Re-examination information and the ability to upload documents, submit changes in income and family composition, in addition to requesting reasonable accommodation.
Registration codes are needed to sign-up for RentCafe. Registration letters will be provided to all current residents via mail. If you have any urgent concerns or questions regarding this matter, please contact our customer service team at (408) 275-8770.

Applicants can register for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project Based Voucher (PBV) interest lists, in addition to now check the status of your application, review and update your information online.
If you have applied for the interest list, you will need a registration code to sign-up for RentCafe. Registration letters will be provided to all current applicants via mail in the month of June. If you have not received your registration code or have any urgent concerns or questions regarding this matter, please contact our customer service team at (408) 275-8770.
If you have NOT applied on any of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) or Project Based Voucher (PBV) interest lists, you may register and select “ I do not have a registration code” and create a new account.
